What kinds of e-bikes do you offer?
We feature a wide range of models, including folding e-bikes (e.g., Engine X, Engine Pro 2.0), fat tire e-bikes, commuter bikes, and motorcycle-styled e-bikes like the ENGWE MAPFOUR N1 PRO
Can I buy replacement parts or accessories directly from you?
Yes, we sell batteries, chargers, locks, covers, lights, hydraulic brakes, saddles, and many more accessories.
How long does it take to charge an e-bike battery?
Typically 4–6 hours, but larger batteries may take up to 8 hours.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range depends on model, terrain, and riding style, but most e-bikes offer 40–100 km per charge.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping across the Netherlands. For other regions, please contact support.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed quickly, and delivery times depend on your location. Most bikes are delivered within 5–10 business days.
How can I return my order?
If you don’t like your Hugs, please fill out our Returns Form within 30 days of receipt. We’ll provide you with return labels for each of the boxes and schedule a pickup via FedEx.
More information can be found on our Returns page. Please note that there is a 10% fee for returns with original boxes and a 20% fee for returns without original boxes. If you no longer have your original packaging, please provide photos to demonstrate the condition of your product.
How long does it take to be refunded?
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 2 weeks of the completion of return process. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
