8.2 AdMun will respond to complaints within 7 business days.

8.3 Disputes will be resolved under Dutch law, and jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in The Hague.

9.1 AdMun is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

9.2 Indirect damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities, are excluded from liability.
